On September 24, 2015, local time, the commencement ceremony for Ecuador Governmental Financial Administration Platform Construction Project undertaken by CAMCE was held at the project site. Chinese ambassador to Ecuador Wang Yulin, commercial counselor Ji Xiaofeng, minister of Economic Policy Coordination, Minister of Finance, chairman of National Project Administration Committee, chairman of National Fixed Assets Administration Committee and consultant to Ecuador President attended the ceremony. 

Chairman of National Project Administration Committee gave a speech introducing the project. He said 8 ministries and financial institutes would move into the offices including Ministry of Economic Policy Coordination, Ministry of Finance, National Administration of Taxation, Insurance and Savings Company, Central Bank, National Bank, Ecuador Social Security Bank and Public Finance Company, which would bring about the sharing of information and improvement of efficiency and provide citizens with one-stop services. 

Chinese ambassador Wang Yulin addressed at the ceremony. He congratulated the commencement of the project and introduced CAMCE for its rich experience in EPC projects in Latin America and Caribbean Region by implementing important governmental cooperation projects in Ecuador such as 911 Emergency Control Center, Medical Equipment Supply and Hospital Construction projects. He believed that under the deepening of bilateral economic cooperation circumstance, relying on its experience and capacity, CAMCE would succeed in construction of the Financial Administration Platform Project and open a new page for China-Ecuador cooperative relationship.
