On September 7th to 9th, 2016, Vice President of SINOMACH Xie Biao and Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan accompanied the Deputy Director of SASAC Huang Danhua, who led Government Group and National Enterprise Group ( Delegation for short ) composed of 16 national enterprises, went to the China-Belarus Industrial Park for 3 days working visit, in Belarus. Chinese Ambassador to Belarus Cui Qiming, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's office of the Chinese Embassy in Belarus Yang Xiumin Counsellor, Deputy Director of the office of the Belarus President Nickolay Snopkov, Vice Minister of the Belarus Economy Ministry and Generation Director of Administrative Committee of Industrial Park Yaroshenko participated in this inspection activities. 

    During the inspection, the delegation went to the China-Belarus Industrial Park for field visit, listened to the park planning and watched park sandbox, and atteded the promotion meeting and symposium. The delegation also went to the construction site of the industrial park for visiting the park office and workshop, China-Belarus trade logistics park, 110KV substation. Through this field visits, the two countries leaders and the delegation made a deep inspection on the development process of the park, the geographical advantages, park planning, industry positioning, infrastructure conditions, preferential investment policies and other specific content. Vice President of SINOMACH Xie Biao as the national enterprise group industry sub-group leader, held talks with the Deputy Minister of the Belarus Ministry of industry Agronikov, and discussed cooperation with the 16 Belarus industrial enterprises. China Ordnance Group, China Electronics Technology Group, China Yangtze River Three Gorges Corporation and other companies in the delegation attended this meeting as well. Sep. 9th, the China-Balerus industry docking seminar was successfully held in the Beijing Hotel. At the meeting, deputy director of the office of the Belarus President Nickolay Snopkov, Deputy Director of SASAC Huang Danhua, China ambassador to Belarus Cui Qiming and other Chinese and Belarus leaders were delivered speeches. China Merchants Logistics Park, Chengdu New Building, Geely Automobile on behalf of Chinese investment company, and Belarus Horizon Corperation were presented and introduced the investment and cooperation situation in Belarus. In the enterprise Q & A, director of SASAC Planning Bureau Deng Zhixiong summarized the results of the enterprise group docking with the Belarus government and enterprises, SINOMACH, Weichai Power, AVIC, China Travel Service Group reached a preliminary admission of investment intentions.
