On 1st December 2016, CAMCE received Letter of Acceptance from Jishou Water Conservancy Bureau of Hunan Province, in which the Small-sized Irrigation and Water Conservancy, and Small and Medium-sized Reservoir Construction Project was confirmed to award to CAMCE as the leading unit and Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Corporation Limited as the consortium partner.

    The project will be built in the mode of PPP with estimated amount of RMB 887 Million. The project scope covers construction of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy project and small and medium-sized reservoirs. Project content of the former one is to construct farmland water conservancy establishments such as irrigation-drainage channel, watercourse, pump station and pond, and the latter one is to build Jiulonggou reservoir, Maxi reservoir and renovate shutter dam. The project construction period is 2 years with 13 years of operation.  

    The project adopts the mode of design, construction, operation and transfer (DBOT in short). Jishou Water Conservancy Bureau, authorized by Jishou People’s Government as enforcement body, will be involved in the project construction. Investor representative from government side, authorized by Jishou Water Conservancy Bureau, and social capital will build Project Company, which provides investment, construction, operation and maintenance service in concession duration, and recoup their investment and get reasonable earnings. And the stock controlled by social capital will be transferred to government-assigned institutions after the concession period.
