On 13rd September 2017, Belarusian Vice Prime Minister Kalinin and Provincial Governor Gong Zheng of Shandong Province visited China-Belarus Industrial Park and attended the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of Weichai-Maz Joint Ventures. Yaroshenko, Head of Management Committee of the China-Belarus Industrial Park; and Li Haixin, General Manager of the China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., received the delegation.
  During the inspection, Vice Prime Minister Kalinin spoke highly of the Park's new faces changing with each passing day. Provincial Governor Gong Zheng fully affirms the Park's achievements and enquire its preferential policy, requirements for investing in the Park. Furthermore, Mr. Gong Zheng says Chinese government pays high attention to the Park's development, and he will support and promote enterprises of Shandong Province to invest in the Park. Yaroshenko introduced the sand table to the delegation and Mr. Li Haixin updates the delegation on the Park's history of development, investment attraction and the construction plan by the end of 2017.
  Later on, Vice Prime Minister Kalinin, Provincial Governor of Shandong Province Gong Zheng and representatives of both sides are present at the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of Weichai-Maz Joint Ventures. Speeches are delivered by Chairman of Weichai Group Tan Xuguang, President of Maz D. Katerinich, Vice Prime Minister Kalinin and Provincial Governor Gong Zheng respectively.
  Representatives of both sides including Deputy Economy Minister P. Utiupin of Belarus and Counsellor of Chinese Embassy to Belarus Luo Zhanhui attend the ceremony.
