The Commencement Ceremony of Project of Dredging Works of the Malanje River, and Construction and Equipping of the Youth House in Malanje of Angola was grandly held in project site on the morning of 8th, March 2019.

　　Governor Norberto dos Santos of Malanje Province addressed the ceremony and stressed the significance of these two projects for the local people. Over 200 people including the Vice Governor of Malanje Province, Mayor of Malanje and representatives from relevant governments and enterprises attended the ceremony.

　　The construction of the Malanje Youth House is of great importance for improving the level of local education, while the completion of the Malanje River Dredging Project will improve people's livelihoods and ecological environment, as well as inject new impetus for local economic growth.
