On August 13, 2015, General Manager of CAMCE WHU Design & Research Inc.Wu Fan and Vice Mayor of Ili Kazak autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Li Dong signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement between CAMCE WHU and Kuitun municipal government, to further strengthen cooperation and to better promote the Kuitun municipal infrastructure and public utilities project construction.
