On the morning of 11th Dec. 2015, during the inspect activities by deputy to the National People’s Congress in Sichuan Province, Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan visited the mayor and deputy secretary of Deyang City Zhao Hui in Sichuan Province. Both Sides held a comprehensive communication on the relative projects. The relative department leaders, including Deyang municipality, municipality Development and Reform Commission, municipal finance bureau，municipal Water Supplies Bureau and municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, attended the above meeting.
