The Merger and Acquisition Annual Meeting of 2017 China's Listed Companies and Award Ceremony of New Fortune's 13th Golden Secretary was held in Shenzhen recently. Zhang Chunyan, Secretary to Board of Directors of CAMCE, ranked 7th in Golden Secretaries and was elected the 13th New Fortune Golden Secretary, and this is the 5th time for her to win this honor, and CAMCE won the Award of Top10 Company for Its Excellent Work on Managing Inventors' Relations.

    Golden Secretary of New Fortune is voted by regulators, broker analysts, investors and financial and economic media, its purpose is to dig out excellent managers on investors' relations, optimize governance structure of listed companies, improve information disclosure level of listed companies and advance the sound development of China Capital Market.
