Book Donation Activity to Navoi State Government, Themed on People-to-People Bond to Purify Hearts, Held by Project Team of Construction of the Production Complex of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Caustic Soda and Methanol in Uzbekistan of CAMCE

    To better fulfill overseas social responsibility, enrich local children's knowledge and broaden their horizons, a Book Donation Activity was held in Youth Cultural Palace of Navoi by the project team of Construction of the Production Complex of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Caustic Soda and Methanol in Uzbekistan of CAMCE. Books worthy of $20,000 were donated to the local government, among which professional books worthy of $2,500 were for School for the Blind of Navoi, and the rest were for local schools and Library of Navoi State. On behalf of CAMCE, Chairman of the Labor Union Huang Kaili attended the donation ceremony and received an exclusive interview of local TV later.

    Vice Governor Bahromvich of Navoi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to CAMCE for the generous donation, and said these books were conducive to the children's growths , which was a sign of earnest expectation and encouragement for them, and an excellent project in shaping their minds. 

    The friendly relations between China and Uzbekistan can't sustain without the communication between two minds of people. For this reason, people-to-people bond is regarded as an important part in the Belt and Road construction. The books donated covered extensive contents and contained four languages of Chinese, English, Russian and Uzbek to expand horizons and enrich knowledge for local children. While trying to construct quality projects, CAMCE is actively engaged in public welfare initiative in Uzbekistan and fulfilling its overseas social responsibility to promote the friendship between two peoples.
