Sinomach's overseas engineering Inspection Team led by Lei Guanghua, Secretary of Discipline Inspection and Member of Party Standing Committee of Sinomach conducted a 9-day long inspection on CAMCE's work of Party Building and project implementation in Cuba and Ecuador. The Inspection Team include Wang Xiyan, Deputy Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Head of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department and Director of Inspection Leading Group Office of Sinomach; Wang Yueqi, Cadre of Discipline Inspection of Supervision Department of Sinomach; and Ding Jian, Party Secretary, Deputy Chairman and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of CAMCE.
The Inspection Team visited CAMCE's Representative Office in Cuba and listened to the report on the work of business development and Party building of CAMCE in Latin America as well as report on business development, Party building and risk prevention and control from Sinomach's Joint Party Branch stationed in Cuba. Secretary Lei encouraged everyone to advance construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and strive to create a clean and positive atmosphere to ensure the sound development of CAMCE's overseas business.

Secretary Lei delivered a vivid and profound Party lecture to Sinomach's Joint Party Branch stationed in Cuba to advance the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and to combat corruption to provide a strong warranty in building a new Sinoamch overseas. He stressed that the awareness of construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and risk prevention and control should be enhanced in its overseas offices. Seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor should be implemented in its overseas projects and giving full play to the Party Branch and Party members' exemplary and vanguard role to set a good image as a great central enterprise in a great power. All Party members of the Joint Party Branch reviewed the Party admission oath and once again felt the glorious responsibility and mission as a member of the Communist Party.

The Inspection Team visited Representative Offices of Sinomach's other four affiliates in Cuba and greeted the staff. Furthermore, Party organization activities was carried out in Museum of Revolutionary Commemoration of Cuba with Sinomach's Joint Party Branch stationed in Cuba led by the Inspection Team. Moreover, the Inspection Team held meetings with Chinese Ambassador to Cuba Chen Xi, Political Counselor Yao Fei and Commercial Counsllor Hong Xiao in Chinese Embassy to Cuba. The Inspection Team inspected CAMCE's MTU Diesel Generator Unit Project to conclude its inspection in Cuba.

In Ecuador, the Inspection Team listened to the report on work of Party Building and business development of Ecuador Branch. Secretary Lei delivered a vivid Party lecture to all the Party members in Ecuador Branch to advance the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and to combat corruption. He called for the project team in Ecuador to develop business by means of Party Building and work tirelessly to create a new Sinomach overseas belonging to the world-class level enterprises with global competitiveness.

During the stay in Ecuador, the Inspection Team held meetings with Chinese Ambassador to Ecuador. Besides, the Inspection Team inspected Government Financial Management Platform Project, Chone Hospital Project and Monte Sinai Hospital Construction Project in Ecuador.
