On the afternoon of March 15, 2019, the expanded meeting of the Party Committee's theoretic learning center group of SINOMACH was held. The meeting conveyed and made arrangements for thoroughly implement the spirit of the Two Sessions. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xiaolun, the Party Secretary and Chairman of SINOMACH. Members of leadership of the group and subsidiary enterprises in Beijing attended the meeting. Chairman Luo Yan of CAMCE attended the meeting and conveyed the spirit of the Two Sessions of the 13th National People's Congress.

　　Chairman Luo of CAMCE as one of the National People's Congress representatives and Shi Ke of SINMACH as one of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) members, they conveyed the spirit of important address of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the key contents of government work report of Premier Li Keqiang. And they briefly reported the content of the proposals and shared the feelings of participating in the Two Sessions.

　　The meeting also invited Mr. Zhang Yuyan the famous economist in China to give lectures.

　　Chairman Zhang Xiaolun of SINOMACH requires members of leadership of the group and all levels of leadership of subsidiary enterprises to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Two Sessions and to complete objective tasks of the Party Committee of SINOMACH and key work of the enterprise at high standards. All party members and cadres shall snatch genuine priorities and endeavor in pragmatic way on all-round improvement for work quality.
