On the afternoon of April 24 of 2019, Chairman Luo Yan of CAMCE was interviewed by China International Television Russian Channel and Azerbaijani State Television after the signing ceremony of "One Belt And One Road" China-Azerbaijan enterprise.

　　In the interview, Chairman Luo Yan said, CAMCE planned to build a modern agricultural complex with Azerbaijani companies, including the expansion of agricultural planting areas and the processing of agricultural products, meanwhile the output of products will be exported to Russia and neighboring countries and regions. Azerbaijan has made sufficient preparations for the development of agricultural production. CAMCE believes that the project will substantially assist Azerbaijan in expanding agricultural production and the implementation of the project will promote the development of agriculture in Azerbaijan.
