On October 15, 2019, Deputy General Manager Liu Shengcheng, signed the commercial contract for the electrification project of Uganda Industrial Park and Free Trade Zone with the General Manager of the Transmission Company of Uganda on behalf of CAMCE.

　　The project is located in eastern and central Uganda with the contract amount of US $ 223,570,300. The project comprises construction of new substations and related transmission lines of the Uganda Industrial Park and Free Trade Area in 36 months.

　　The implementation of the contract benefits CAMCE to develop its activities in the field of electric power engineering, which also lays the foundation for the sustainable development of CAMCE in the Ugandan market.
