From November 20 to 21, 2019, Jin Yulong, Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan, led the embassy's security inspection team and the China Exim Bank working group to conduct a two-day security inspection and loan review on the project of PVC Production Complex in Uzbekistan undertaken by CAMCE.

　　Mr. Counselor and the working group of the China Exim Bank was briefed on the implementation of the project for the construction of the PVC production complex in Uzbekistan and the project of production of 500,000t / year of nitric acid Navoi, and inspected the project sites. Mr. Counselor gave a satisfactory evaluation of the general implementation status of two projects. He stated that the project teams needed to raise political level, attach great importance to construction security at the end of the project, work hard to implement well the project with preferencial Export Buyer's Credit, ensure that the projects will be completed on schedule and build the image of chinese engineering.
