Two Projects of CAMCE were granted China International Sustainable Infrastructure Award

  On December 4, 2019, at the 5th meeting of the 7th Council of the China International Contractors Association(CHINCA) and the Annual Engineering Meeting of 2019, the Yan Oya Irrigation Project in Sri Lanka and the Bolivia Uyuni 350KTPA Potash Plant constructed by CAMCE were granted China International Sustainable Infrastructure Award.

  At the invitation of CHINCA, the representative of CAMCE delivered a speech entitled A Modern Factory Built on the Mirror of the Sky.

  The Yan Oya Reservoir Project in Sri Lanka is to build a 5.9 kilometer irrigation system with intake dam on the Yan Oya River to relieve severe water shortage in dry season in the region and meet the demand for agricultural irrigation and domestic use in northern and central regions of Sri Lanka.

  The Bolivia Uyuni 350KTPA Potash Plant is the third largest potash plant in South America. The potash fertilizer it produced will make agricultural products more resistant to pests and diseases, thus improving agricultural products quality. Furthermore, it will lay a solid foundation for other industrialization projects in the near future.
