In order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the development and construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park and to promote its high-quality development, on February 21, 2020, SINOMACH and China Merchants Group held the high-level coordination video conference on the development and construction of the China-Belarus Industrial park in 2020. Zhang Xiaolun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of SINOMACH, and Li Jianhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Merchants Group attended the meeting and gave speeches. Bai Shaotong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of SINOMACH, chaired the meeting. During the meeting, Yan Gang, General Manager of China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), made a performance report of 2019 and the key tasks of the work plan in 2020 of the Company, and Luo Yan, Chairman of the Company presented the report on Improvement of the Management of the Board of Directors of the China-Belarus Industrial Park. Both parties fully exchanged ideas on the key tasks of the Company in 2020 and improvement of the management of the Company's Board of Directors, etc.
On the political height of the perseverance of Four Consciences and the practice of Two Postures, from the point of view of the maintenance and development of political relations between China and Belarus and of the overall situation of foreign affairs, Zhang Xiaolun set clear and specific requirements on the key tasks of the Company in 2020, main issues concerning the high-quality development of the Company, and prevention and control of the epidemic and solutions to reduce its impacts.
