Recently, CAMCE and Ukraine Ladyzhyn Eco Generation, LLC signed the commercial contract for the construction of a Ukrainian biomass power plant. Wang Bo, Chairman of CAMCE, and Oleg Arapov, Chairman of LEG, signed the contract via video connection in Beijing and Kiev respectively. Wang Yuhang, General Manager of CAMCE, Yang Dong, Assistant to General Manager, and Huang Feng, General Counsel, attended the signing ceremony. 

　　The project, which is located in Ladyzhynn City, Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine, is a 2x6 MW biomass power plant with a contract period of 18 months and contract value of 65.1 million euros. 

　　At the signing ceremony, Wang Bo introduced the development overview of CAMCE and expressed his gratitude for the trust of LEG and said that the signing of the project will lay a good foundation for the two parties to continue to expand cooperation in Ukraine, the CIS countries, and the Chinese market. Oleg Arapov thanked CAMCE for its support and looked forward to further broadening the scope of cooperation between the two parties through this project. 

　　Maksim Pisarev, Deputy Head of the Board for production of the agroindustrial holding of MHP, Lesia Pavlina of UkrExim Bank, and Yana, the Director of the Investment Department of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine expressed congratulations and support for the successful signing of the project. 

　　Likhoglyad Eugeniy, Director of LEG, Doronin Dmitriy, Project Director of LEG, and heads of the Central Asia and Eastern Europe Division of CAMCE attended the signing ceremony.
