On March 9, 2018, China Global Television Network (CGTN) Russian channel "NPC and CPPCC Time" column broadcast an interview with Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan who is attending the first session of the 13th National People's Congress, and the theme is "further promoting the 'The Belt and Road' Initiative has become a hot topic in NPC and CPPCC meetings. On March 10th, the channel played a rolling play on the interview.

    Through the interview with Chairman Luo Yan, the program shows the major achievements of CAMCE in the Russian language market. Chairman Luo Yan said in the interview that the Belarus large-scale pulp mill which was contracted and constructed by CAMCE put into operation in 2017. The project is the largest single project which was corporately built by two countries, and  is highly concerned by China and Belarus governments and international pulp industry. The pulp mill putting into operation has become the first large modern pulp mill nearly 40 years in central and Eastern Europe and the CIS region. It will greatly optimize the industrial structure of Belarus forestry enterprises, and direct provide 1000 local jobs. The China-Belarus industrial park has completed the 3.5 square kilometers of construction with good prospects, and the enterprise in park has reached 28. Chairman Luo Yan pointed out that the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative is a long-term process, and requires the joint efforts of a large number of enterprises and personnel so as to make the initiative really fall and really benefit the countries along.

    The "Belt and Road" initiative is put forward 5 years, and it translates from ideas to action, from the vision into reality, creating more opportunities for the world economic growth and the common development of every country. The interview showed the new achievements and deed of CAMCE as the bellwether enterprise on implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative" in the Russian national market. CAMCE will continue to closely follow the national initiative, and establish good Chinese corporate image in overseas, also show great power enterprise responsibility in the "Belt and Road" construction.
