To enable employees to further understand factors leading to a successful career, and to better define objectives and guide their own behavior, on October 31, 2006, the Department of Human Resources invited Li Peiying, a senior AMI lecturer, to give 2nd phase trainings on the Appointment with Success.
The training content included how to establish confidence and the relationship between a team and its members and how to be a better part of the team. During the lecture, through questions, case discussions and site simulation, participants were guided to make full communication and exchanges, and they took an active part in thinking.
The lecture was well received by employees who took an active part and nice training effects were gained.
