CAMCE and NAVOIYAZOT Joint Stock Company (the owner company) signed the EPC contract for the construction of a PVC production complex in Uzbekistan on August 19, 2014, and formed a consortium with China Huanqiu Contracting and Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.(HQSH) to implement the project.
