Recently, CAMCE participated in the Caribbean 70 Annual Health Research Conference in Guyana, showcasing its core strengths in planning and design, engineering construction, system integration, and diversified financing for complex medical projects through project models, graphic displays, and multimedia presentations. H.E. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, President of Guyana, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Hon. Frank Anthony, Minister of Health of Guyana, and Malcolm Watkins, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, visited the CAMCE booth. They spoke highly of CAMCE's deep commitment to the Guyanese market and its active participation in local medical infrastructure development. Minister Anthony expressed the expectation that CAMCE will continue to leverage the dual advantages of "China Speed" and "China Quality" to advance the West Demerara Hospital and Bartica Hospital projects with high quality, contributing further to the improvement of Guyana's healthcare system and public medical services.

During the conference, the CAMCE delegation engaged with health authorities, institutions, and relevant enterprises from multiple Caribbean countries, exchanging in-depth views on hospital construction, optimization of medical resource allocation, digital health applications, and public health system enhancement. Li Weiwei, General Manager of the First Engineering Business Department of CAMCE, also delivered a keynote speech, detailing CAMCE's integrated "Financing-Design-Procurement-Construction-Operation" solution in the healthcare sector, as well as its three core strengths: international design,high-quality rapid delivery, and efficient financing capability.

Through its impressive presence at the conference, CAMCE established channels for communication with countries in the Caribbean region beyond Guyana. Moving forward, CAMCE will leverage this participation as an opportunity to fully utilize its construction advantages under the "CAMCE general contracting + IPPR design" model, further exploring new opportunities for cooperation in healthcare infrastructure across the Caribbean. Guided by its "Three New" orientation—New Market Presence, New Segments, and New Resource Allocation—CAMCE will use Guyana as a hub to radiate into other country markets in the Caribbean, continuously opening up new growth poles for business development.
