Recently, the consortium of China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE) & China Huanqiu Contracting and Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.(HQSH) signed a commercial contract for stage II of the PVC production complex in Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as "stage II of the PVC project") with and NAVOIYAZOT Joint Stock Company (the owner company) . Wang Bo, Chairman of CAMCE, Wei Yabin, Executive Director of HQSH and Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, Chairman of the Board of Uzkimyosanoat Joint Stock Company attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the contract. Liu Jiadang, Director of CAMCE Eurasia Division, Liu Yuan dan, General Manager of HQSH and Odil Temirov, Chairman of the owner company signed the contract via video in Beijing and Navoi respectively. Li Haixin, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE, and Yang Dong, Assistant to General Manager attended the ceremony. 

　　The project is located in Navoi of Uzbekistan, where a new production complex will be built with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), 90,000 tons of caustic soda and public auxiliary facilities.The contract period is 36 months  including design, equipment procurement, civil engineering, installation and commissioning.
