Recently, at an award ceremony held by the Chinese Embassy in Guyana, Ambassador Yang Yang presented the "Brand Building Award" to CAMCE in recognition of CAMCE's outstanding contributions to the Guyana Hospital Cluster Project. The project has played a key role in improving local medical infrastructure, enhancing healthcare service capacity, improving people's livelihoods, and promoting friendly cooperation between China and Guyana.

The Guyana Hospital Cluster Project is the first medical infrastructure cooperation project implemented since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Guyana. Ambassador Yang Yang highly praised the project as a landmark achievement of the China-Guyana joint construction of the "Health Silk Road" and a vivid example of CAMCE applying Chinese standards and Chinese technology to benefit the people of Guyana. Since the project was fully completed and put into operation in August 2025, the six regional hospitals have been operating steadily and effectively covering surrounding areas, significantly improving local primary healthcare conditions and playing an important role in safeguarding the lives and health of the local population.

The Guyana Hospital Cluster Project represents a concentrated demonstration of CAMCE's integrated development strategy and the construction of its "One Body, Two Wings" development framework. It fully leveraged CAMCE's strengths in business management, market development, and financing innovation, combined with the professional design advantages of its subsidiary China IPPR in the healthcare architecture sector and the project management expertise of Jingxing International. The receipt of the "Brand Building Award" fully recognizes the effectiveness of CAMCE's 14th Five-Year Plan practice and highlights CAMCE's core competitiveness in the medical engineering field. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period, CAMCE will continue to leverage its advantages, deeply align with Guyana's "Green State Development Vision: A Roadmap to 2040," and create more high-quality benchmark projects, contributing greater efforts to further deepen and solidify the China-Guyana Belt and Road cooperation.
