At 5:58 pm on April 27th, the EPCC of CPF-Oil Treatment System and Auxiliary Systems Project for Block 9 in Iraq was successfully put into operation, three days ahead of the challenging schedule. Farkad Mustafa，Chairman of Joint Management Committee of Block 9 Oil Field of Basra Oil Company, Iraq, Chang Guangfa, Executive Vice President of Kuwait Energy Basra Limited（KEBL）, and Liu Shengcheng, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE, jointly witnessed the entire oil injection process. 

　　The Project is to build a crude oil central processing facility with a daily output of 100,000 barrels, mainly including the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning services of the crude oil processing system and auxiliary systems, implementing international standards. 

　　It is currently the largest oil and gas engineering project under construction in Iraq. After being put into operation, it will significantly optimize the crude oil treatment process, increase production, and help the oil fields achieve the strategic growth goal of 100,000 barrels per day in Block 9. 

　　As the first oilfield surface engineering project of CAMCE, the smooth operation of the project is an important achievement of CAMCE's implementation of the "14th Five Year Plan", transformation and upgrading of high-quality development, and exploration of the oil and gas business field. In the future, CAMCE will continue to adhere to its own resource endowment and advantages, and achieve professional development on a differentiated path!
