At the Block 9 project site, Wang Bo accompanied the Sinosure working group to inspect and research the project control center, the core area of the crude oil processing unit, and the operating drilling rig facilities, introducing the project development and construction process and project management highlights. Wang Bo introduced that the "oil package" part of the Block 9 project has been put into operation ahead of schedule, setting a record for the shortest construction period of similar projects in Iraq. This project has driven internal sister companies such as Lanpec Technologies, CMMEC, HGMRI, SAIS and CACS under the Sinomach to join forces and cooperate in overseas operations, providing opportunities and platforms for the "going global" of Sinomach equipment and China's oil and gas equipment. Wang Bo thanked Sinosure for underwriting the project, and also thanked the project owner United Energy for their trust and support. He stated that in the future, the company will rely on the strong industrial resources and industrialization development capabilities of Sinomach, deepen cooperation with leading enterprises in the oil and gas field, provide engineering general contracting and "EPC+" professional services for oil and gas enterprises, and contribute to the implementation of the national energy security strategy. 

　　Xu Xinwei fully affirmed the outstanding achievements of CAMCE in the Block 9 project, stated that the project is the first oilfield ground facility project fully constructed by a Chinese company for Basra Oil Company, and is of great significance for enhancing Iraq's crude oil production capacity and supporting Iraq's economic and social development. The implementation of the project will successfully introduce relevant Chinese equipment, technology, and engineering experience into the oil and gas field in Iraq, which is of great significance for cooperation in the oil and gas field between China and Iraq. Sinosure will continue to play a policy based credit insurance role in risk prevention, market expansion, and financing assistance, continuously track customer needs, improve customer service quality, actively explore new underwriting business models in the oil and gas resources industry, and ensure national energy security at a high level with more high-quality overseas oil and gas engineering projects. 

　　In the conference room of the project site, CMEC Group and Sinosure held a financing symposium, where they had in-depth exchanges on the key tracking projects, insured projects, and post insured projects of the member companies CMEC and CAMCE. 

　　Zheng Zhongping, General Manager of Strategic Customer Department I, Ren Ge, Chief Representative of the Dubai Representative Office, Wang Shu, Assistant General Manager of the Business Management Department, and relevant persons in charge of the Project Insurance Underwriting Department of Sinosure attended the above-mentioned activities. 

　　At the project site, Wang Bo expressed sincere greetings and high respect to the representatives of project employees and participating enterprises, who have been fulfilling their duties and dedicating themselves under difficult conditions for a long time. 

　　During his stay in Iraq, Wang Bo visited Cui Wei, the Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Iraq, at the embassy to report on the business development of CMEC and CAMCE, member companies of CMEC Group's, in Iraq. He also listened to the embassy's introduction of the local situation and relevant guidance.
