During the visit of Li Xiaoyu, Deputy General Manager of Sinomach, to Ethiopia, CAMCE signed a design consulting service contract with Joel Investment LLC for the Togheloh Hospital in Ethiopia. The successful signing of this project signifies that CAMCE has achieved a new breakthrough in the field of medical engineering in the African market, based on the "three new positioning" under the "one body two wings" framework, and deeply combining the design advantages of the design institute with the international business capabilities of contracting enterprise. CAMCE has successfully signed six new overseas medical projects this year. Li Xiaoyu, Wang Bo,Assistant General Manager of Sinomach and Chairman of CAMCE, Zhao Weilin, Chairman of China YTO Group, and Lt. Gen. Tigabu Yilma, Chief of the Health Center of the Ethiopian Ministry of Defense, witnessed the signing of the contract.

CAMCE relies on the technological advantages of its affiliated enterprise, China IPPR, in the field of medical construction to accurately develop design plans, ensure reasonable functional zoning and efficient operation and maintenance, and innovatively integrate buildings with a long history in project site selection into the main body of the building, achieving a perfect integration of history and architecture. The total construction area of the project is 151,000 square meters, with 1,280 beds. China IPPR will provide survey and design consulting services covering the entire process of hospital overall design and planning, medical functional process design, and architectural design, in line with international standards, to create a modern medical complex project.
