CAMCE Signed Business Contract for Nigeria Rice Mechanization Center Project
On April 8, during the visit of Li Xiaoyu, Deputy General Manager of Sinomach, to Nigeria, CAMCE signed a business contract for the Nigeria Rice Mechanization Center Project with AGRA Group. This signing is another important cooperation between the two companies in the field of agriculture in Nigeria, following the Jigawa State Agricultural Mechanization Center project. Li Xiaoyu, Wang Bo, Assistant to the General Manager of Sinomach and Chairman of CAMCE, Zhao Weilin, Chairman of YTO Group, together with Malam, Governor of Jigawa, Nigeria, and Mohammed, CEO of Nigeria Agricultural Development Fund, witnessed the signing of this contract.
This project is designed by China IPPR, a subsidiary of CAMCE, which fully integrates "design consulting and engineering contracting". The project contract has a duration of 12 months, mainly including the construction of 10 rice mechanization centers and related supporting facilities and equipment, as well as providing installation guidance and other services. After the implementation of the project, modern agricultural machinery and equipment will be introduced to improve the mechanization level of rice planting, promote the upgrading of Nigeria's agricultural industry, and improve the local agricultural mechanization and modernization.
Relying on the advanced machinery and equipment manufacturing advantages of Sinomach, CAMCE and YTO, a sister company of Sinomach, have continuously deepened their cooperation. They plan to provide the owners with 100 horsepower tractors produced by YTO, realizing the re-joint venture of enterprises within the group, further promoting the "going global" of agricultural machinery and equipment, and assist Chinese products and technologies to shine on a wider stage.
