Recently, CAMCE convened its 2025 Chief Experts Review Meeting to establish a robust talent system that effectively supports its positioning as a technology-oriented specialized engineering company and to advance the development of its high-level scientific and technological expert team.

After rigorous review and a public announcement process, the meeting successfully evaluated and selected 41 high-level scientific and technological experts. These include 1 Outstanding Contribution Expert, 6 Chief Experts, and 34 Technical Leaders in specialized fields.

In his opening remarks, Wang Bo, the Chairman of CAMCE, emphasized that the selection and cultivation of scientific and technological talents, along with the establishment of a talent echelon, constitute not only a crucial initiative for fostering new quality productive forces but also a fundamental project for building national strategic scientific and technological capabilities and achieving the company's high-quality development. Over the past two years, CAMCE has gradually formed a scientific and technological talent echelon led by National Engineering Survey and Design Masters and senior experts at both the Sinomach and company levels through the establishment of a high-level scientific and technological talent system and the implementation of supporting policies. The company has been consecutively rated as "Excellent" in Sinomach talent assessment for two years. The Outstanding Contribution Experts and Chief Experts first appointed in 2023 have effectively played a leading role through assessment incentives. Wang Bo required the review panel to focus on evaluating candidates' innovation potential, technical problem-solving capabilities, and practical results in achievement transformation, aiming to select a group of talented professionals with potential, dedication, research commitment, and the ability to represent advanced industry technologies.
