On November 9, Liu Shengcheng, Vice President of CAMCE, and Dr. Muhanad Anaim Al-Miyali, Director of the Health Department of Diwaniyah Province, Iraq, signed the commercial contract for the hospital construction project in Al Badir District, Diwaniyah Province. Following the signing of the Muthanna Hospital Project in February this year, this new contract represents another significant achievement in CAMCE's rolling market development in Iraq. It reflects the company's commitment to the "Three New" pathway, the development of new quality productive forces, continuous optimization of market presence, and the sustained leveraging of its professional strengths in the healthcare construction sector.

Located in Al Badir District, Diwaniyah Province, the project involves the construction of a modern general hospital with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The scope includes the construction of medical buildings and ancillary facilities, as well as the supply, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment. The contract duration is set at no more than 1,095 days, with a contract value equivalent to approximately RMB 571 million. The detailed design work for the project will be undertaken by China IPPR, a subsidiary of CAMCE. Upon completion, the hospital will significantly enhance the region's medical service capabilities, filling the gap in modern comprehensive healthcare within the province and providing robust support for the integrated allocation of medical resources in southern Iraq.

The successful signing of this project marks another milestone in CAMCE's pursuit of high-quality and sustainable development in the Iraqi market. It will inject new momentum into the company's efforts to expand its diversified presence in energy, infrastructure, and public services in the Middle East, while strengthening its core competitiveness in markets along the Belt and Road Initiative in the region.
