Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Olympic City project site for inspection

　　 On the afternoon of September 10th, Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the construction site of the Olympic City project to inspect the progress of the project. More than 60 senior officials of the Uzbekistan government, including Prime Minister, Minister of Sports, and former Minister of Construction, accompanied the inspection.

　　 During the inspection, President Mirziyoyev had a detailed understanding of the construction progress of the project and the construction quality of the venues, and praised the construction standards and materials used in the project by CAMCE.

　　President Mirziyoyev emphasized that sports are not only a means to enhance physical fitness, but also an important way to shape the country's image, enhance national cohesion and unity. By promoting the construction of sports facilities and hosting international events, the country can effectively enhance the sports literacy and overall quality of its citizens and inject vitality into the country's development. The completion of the Uzbekistan Olympic City project will provide high-quality and intelligent sports facilities and activity spaces for the general public, promoting the popularization and development of national fitness.

　　During the inspection of the site, President Mirziyoyev had a cordial exchange with the CAMCE Team and praised the team's execution and organizational skills. He emphasized the need to fully leverage the demonstration effect of the Olympic City, promote the deep integration of sports and economic and social development, and make positive contributions to building a healthy Uzbekistan.
