President Irfaan Ali of Guyana inspected the Regional Hospitals Project in Guyana
On November 5th, Irfan Ali, the President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, and Frank Anthony, the Minister of Health, Frank Anthony, visited the site of the Lot 4 Enmore project of the Regional Hospitals Project in Guyana, which was constructed by CAMCE.
During the inspection, President Ali and Minister Anthony had a detailed understanding of the project construction situation. President Ali pointed out that cooperation in the field of healthcare is an important component of the friendly relationship between China and Guyana. He expressed gratitude for the hard work of the project team and praised CAMCE for setting an example for the construction of local medical infrastructure with a high sense of responsibility, efficient execution, and high-level professional competence.
The Regional Hospitals Project in Guyana, which includes six hospitals spanning six regions within Guyana, is constructed by CAMCE and designed by China IPPR, a subsidiary of CAMCE. It is the most widely covered modern comprehensive medical service facility in Guyana to date and a concrete manifestation of the integrated development strategy within CAMCE . After the completion of the project, six hospitals will gather high-quality medical resources and serve as a new modern medical platform to benefit the people of Guyana.
