Wang Bo Attended the 3rd China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development and Cooperation
On December 15th, Wang Bo, Assistant General Manager of SINOMACH, Chairman of CMEC Group and CAMCE, was invited to attend the "3rd China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development and Cooperation". The theme of the forum is "The Future of the Blue Indian Ocean - Development Practices of the Global South". It was jointly organized by the China International Development Cooperation Agency, the People's Government of Yunnan Province, the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources of the Maldives, and the Ministry of Environment and National Beautification, Green Development and Blue Economy of Barbados.
Wang Bo introduced that SINOMACH, a large state-owned backbone enterprise in the central government, originated from the First Ministry of Machinery Industry of China, which was established in August 1952, and is well deserved to be the earliest planning designer and builder of China's machinery industry. Among them, CMEC and CAMCE, members of CMEC Group, are the first two enterprises of the Ministry of Machinery to go out. By now, they have become outstanding enterprises with the widest coverage of the entire overseas marketing network along the "the Belt and Road" and the highest degree of international operation.
Wang Bo mainly promoted and demonstrated the four professional capabilities of CMEC Group in the aspect of "blue economy":
