He called on all parties to accelerate the project's power transmission process and help Kenya achieve its goal of 100% clean energy by 2030.
The Mariankani 400kV substation project in Kenya is a turnkey project, constructed by CAMCE as the EPC general contractor. The main content of the project is to build a 400/220kV substation in the Mariankani region, including geological survey, design, civil engineering, installation and commissioning, and trial operation. The project has successfully received the temporary acceptance certificate. After the completion of the project, it will significantly alleviate the insufficient power supply and high electricity price in Kenya, reduce the frequency of power outages, improve energy reliability, and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the coastal economy.
