CAMCE Successfully Held 2025 Mid-Year Work Conference
On July 22, 2025, CAMCE convened its mid-year work conference. The meeting was presided over by Li Haixin, General Manager of CAMCE, with attendance from senior executives of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as mid-level and above managers from various business divisions and functional departments.
The conference featured the 2025 Compliance Commitment Signing Ceremony and the 2025 Professional Talent Appointment Certificate Awarding Ceremony.
Key subsidiaries, including IPPR, BMH, and CEETC, along with heads from select business department, presented progress reports on their 2025 work plans. These reports aligned with the annual objectives and key initiatives set at the beginning of the year, highlighting achievements in enhancing corporate competitiveness through "strategic synergy, value synergy, and innovation synergy."
Li Haixin delivered the mid-year work report titled "Steadfast Progress Yields Fruit, Targeted Efforts Enhance Efficiency: Striving to Achieve Annual Goals and Fully Realize the '14th Five-Year Plan' Vision."
The report summarized CAMCE’s performance in the first half of 2025, covering: Completion of major operational targets; Progress in the three core business segments: design consulting & engineering contracting, advanced engineering technology R&D & application, and engineering investment & operations; Advancements in key special projects.The company demonstrated steady and positive growth, with key operational indicators showing consistent improvement. Adhering to its three core strategies—transformational development, integrated development, and high-quality development—CAMCE has reinforced its position as an industry leader by leveraging its global operational capabilities, in-house design expertise, and high-end equipment manufacturing strengths. This aligns with its strategic goal of building a full-value-chain business model anchored in design consulting, supported by technological innovation, and driven by engineering contracting.
Looking ahead to the second half of 2025, Li Haixin emphasized the need to balance stability and progress, conduct scientific analysis of external challenges, and focus on annual reform targets and operational goals.
