CAMCE Presented at Turkmenistan International Transport and Transit Corridors Conference 2025
From November 12 to 14, CAMCE made its inaugural appearance at the 2025 Turkmenistan International Transport and Transit Corridors Conference (ITTC) in Ashgabat. The conference agenda included forums and exchange activities focused on international cooperation in related fields. At the opening of the conference, Liu Shengcheng warmly received a delegation led by H.E. Mammedkhan Chakyev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, at the CAMCE booth. He provided a detailed introduction to the company's strategic planning for its business presence in Turkmenistan, particularly its development vision in the field of transportation infrastructure, expressing CAMCE's confidence and determination to deepen China-Turkmenistan economic and trade cooperation based on local market needs.

He praised the company's proactive approach to participating in Turkmenistan's infrastructure development and supporting local economic and social progress, expressing full support for deepening practical cooperation across various sectors. He also looked forward to CAMCE contributing further to enhancing connectivity in Turkmenistan and the broader Central Asian region.
During the event, Liu Shengcheng engaged in in-depth exchanges with Ji Shumin, Chinese Ambassador to Turkmenistan, and other distinguished guests from various countries. He shared CAMCE's achievements in building itself into a technology-based specialized engineering company, highlighting breakthroughs in technological innovation, refined project management, and diversified financing services. Ambassador Ji Shumin highly appreciated CAMCE's strategic focus on Turkmenistan as a key target market, leveraging local demand and the company's own resources and strengths to deepen practical bilateral cooperation. He encouraged CAMCE to make further contributions to advancing economic and trade relations between China and Turkmenistan to deeper levels and higher quality.
During the ITTC conference, Liu Shengcheng, on behalf of CAMCE, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Mammet Akhmedov, Minister of Transport of Turkmenistan. Moving forward, CAMCE will continue to adhere to the "Three New" orientation—New Market Presence, New Segments, and New Resource Allocation—further leveraging its strengths in project execution and specialized management. With Turkmenistan as a pivotal base, the company aims to radiate its influence across the broader Central Asian market, continually exploring new growth drivers for business development.
