From December 4 to 5, the 10th High-Quality Development Conference for Environmental Protection Equipment was successfully held in Changsha. Centered on the theme "Transformation and Development, Innovation for the Future," the conference focused on topics such as the quality enhancement and upgrading of the environmental protection equipment industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, technological innovation and industrial integration, and international cooperation in the environmental sector. It brought together over 500 experts, scholars, leading enterprise representatives, and industry professionals from across the country to chart a development blueprint, build consensus, and empower the high-quality growth of the environmental protection equipment industry.

At the conference, Yang Dong, Assistant General Manager of CAMCE and Chairman of its subsidiary CAMCE Environment Technology (CEETC), was invited to deliver a speech titled "CAMCE's Overseas Projects Drive the Global Expansion of Chinese Equipment." Focusing on the achievements of the company's 14th Five-Year Plan, Yang Dong systematically introduced CAMCE’s strategic layout and developmental accomplishments in international operations and the environmental protection sector in recent years. He highlighted the company’s technological breakthroughs and product advantages in the research, development, and manufacturing of advanced equipment.

During the conference, the "Solid Waste Industry Chain Innovation Alliance," jointly initiated by CEETC and ten industry-leading enterprises including Everbright Environment, was officially established. The alliance integrates resources from production, academia, research, and application to support the construction of a high-quality development ecosystem for the entire solid waste industry chain.

Looking ahead to the new development phase of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, CAMCE will continue to anchor its direction as a leader in advanced engineering technology and equipment. It will deepen its role in serving regional development and the Belt and Road Initiative, using overseas projects as vehicles to expand channels for the global expansion of Chinese environmental protection equipment. The company will further refine its environmental industry chain layout, strengthen international cooperation and synergy, and fully advance the industrialization and internationalization of environmental protection technologies. In doing so, CAMCE is committed to contributing more central SOE strength to the industry’s quality upgrading and the modernization of ecological and environmental governance.
