South-Kyrgyz Cement Plant is located in Kyzyl-Kiya city in southern Kyrgyzstan. The Kyrgyzstan Cement Plant project has a production capacity of 2,500t clinker per day, and associated facilities for raw material production, transport and storage and electrical utility can meet the production capacity of 5,000t clinker per day. This is the first China-Kyrgyz cooperation project using the preferential buyer’s credit, provided by Chinese government in the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. It is also the first large scale dry cement production line exported by China to central Asia.
