This project was constructed by Chengdu CAMCE Waterworks Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAMCE, in the form of BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer). With a concession period of 25 years (including construction period and operation period), it includes the construction of Ping’an Waste Water Treatment Plant with a daily treatment capacity of 40,000m3 and supporting pipeline networks and roads with a total length of 6km.The plant was put into operation in October 2009.
