On the morning of 11st, August 2015, a delegation led by Yi Xianliang, Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, inspected Yan Oya Reservoir Project.

    After listened to report on project implementation carefully, Ambassador Yi spoke highly of its overall progress, project quality as well as CAMCE’s management measures, and hoped CAMCE can make persistent efforts to coordinate all parties involved to complete the project with full success. Furthermore, the project team updated Ambassador Yi on signed Water Diversion Project in southern Sri Lanka, Ambassador Yi said China Embassy to Sri Lanka will continue to keep an eye on project progress and assist CAMCE to get the project started.
