On September 18, 2015, groundbreaking ceremony of Gansu Poly Xin Malt Belarusian Production Base was held in China-Belarus Industrial Park. The ceremony was hosted by general manager of China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. Li Haixin. Deputy prime minister of Belarus Kalinin, governor of Gansu Province Liu Weiping, Chinese ambassador to Belarus Cui Qiming and commercial counselor Liu Xuesong attended the ceremony.

    At the ceremony, Li briefly introduced the China-Belarus Industrial Park project. Deputy prime minister Kalinin, governor Liu Weiping and ambassador Cui Qiming delivered speeches respectively and signed on the memorial board.
