On 30th, September 2016 local time, Combined Cycle Unit No.3 of Venezuela El Vigia Combined Cycle Power Plant received the FAC issued by Employer State Power Corporation of Venezuela. So far all the 3 Units have obtained the FAC issued by the Employer.

    Up to now, the three Units have maintained stable performance and good running condition with total electricity generation exceeding 550 Million KWH. It makes a positive contribution to relieving Venezuelan nationwide power shortage and wins confirmation and high praises from Employer and both governments of China and Venezuela.

    This project is the first combined cycle power station with F-class gas turbine and 60Hz constructed by China overseas, which demonstrates CAMCE’s strength in undertaking large power plants abroad, thus laying a sound foundation for CAMCE to further expand its business in the area of power project contracting.
