CAMCE signed Commercial Contract of Philippines Chico River Pump Irrigation Project with Philippines National Irrigation Bureau on 8th, March 2018. Assistant President Liu Shengcheng of CAMCE and Director General Ricardo Visaya of Philippines National Irrigation Bureau signed the contract.

    The project locates at the northeast of Luzon island of Philippines, which is to construct lifting pumping stations, substations and ancillary facilities on the right bank of Chico river with contract amount totaling USD 73.04 million and completion period of 36 months.

    The project is the key one of economic and trade cooperation between China and Philippines, as well as the first signed commercial contract in the field of infrastructure cooperation between China and Philippines carrying out Chinese government loan.
