CAMCE received the Final Acceptance Certificate for its Portoviejo Hospital Project issued by Public Works Administration of Ecuador on 11th April 2019.

    This project is the biggest public general hospital in terms of its construction size and medical scale in Ecuador by now. The hospital has 528 beds, 13 operating rooms and 35 medical professional departments with floor space of 115,133m2 and building area of 62,082 m2. During the construction process, the project withstood the test of the 7.8-magnitude earthquake in 2006. The completion and operation of the project has greatly improved the levels of public health and medical services in the surrounding community. And it makes an important contribution to the improvement of the quality of Ecuador's overall medical system.
