It is another Olympic energy project undertaken by China IPPR after the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Due to its complex terrain, the Yanqing competing section is known as the most challenging one of all Winter Olympics.
It is an auxiliary project that provides comprehensive energy supply services such as heat, cold, storage and photovoltaic power generation for the Olympic Winter Village and the Mountain News Center. The total energy supply area is 136,000 square meters, and the maximum heat load during the Winter Games can reach 9,858 kilowatts.
China IPPR implemented the concept of Green Olympics with actions and incorporated design principles of Safe, Efficient, Green and Smart into the construction of the Olympic Games, providing strong guarantee for realizing 100% green energy suply for the first time in the history of the International Olympics Games. The project will cooperate with the main projects of the Winter Olympics to compete for the Luban Prize and the National Quality Project Gold Prize.
On the morning of August 6, 2020, the commencement ceremony of the Comprehensive Energy Utilization Turnkey Project at Yanqing competing section of the Winter Olympics was successfully held. The Deputy Secretary General of the Beijing Winter Olympics Committee, Chairman and CEO of Power Beijing Group, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Beijing TV and Deputy General Manager of China IPPR attended the ceremony and witnessed this historic moment.

Construction Project of Projects Information Platform of the Winter Olympics
The project is an intelligent and informative command and management platform built by China IPPR for the construction projects of the Winter Olympics. The platform will realize the integrated management of 18 competition and training venues and 14 infrastructure construction projects of Beijing competing section, and meet the various needs of construction and conmmand for the Winter Olympics.
