At 10 AM April 30, 2012 Local Time, the CAMCE-Procon equity delivery ceremony was held in Vancouver, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Canada. Chairman Luo Yan, CEO Ed Yurkowski and Vice President James Dales of Procon Holdings (Alberta) Inc. signed the delivery document on behalf of CAMCE and Procon. The ceremony marks the success of CAMCE’s takeover of Procon.

    Delegates from financial institutions such as CITIC Securities International Company Limited, RBC Royal Bank, Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, PricewaterhouseCoppers LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP attended and addressed the ceremony to extend congratulations.
