On October 11th, 2014, Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan participated in the Ninth China-Russia Economic and Business Forum in Sochi. Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Rogozin jointly attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. On October 13th, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Russian Prime Minister Medvedev co-hosted the 19th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian Prime Ministers. During the meeting, Chairman Luo Yan attended the relative activities and participated in the Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development in Technopolis Moscow.
