2015 New Staffs Training of CAMCE was successfully held from 4th to 8th, August 2015, with a total of 37 new staffs participated in this training. Chairman Luo and other senior executives attended the kick-off meeting. Chairman Luo introduced the company’s development history, current status, future development and its cultural concept. In addition, she put forward expectations and requirements for the new staffs. The 5-day training officially began after the kick-off meeting, which covers quite a range of contents, from corporate strategy plan, corporate culture, introduction of each business unit to management system and working process, and the outward bound ended the training with a complete success. 

    After the training, the new staffs have a comprehensive and systematic understanding on corporate culture and its rules and regulations. The training strengthens the communication between them, which can help them adapt to the new environment and quickly blends into this big team.
