From 27th to 28th, March 2016, the Board of Directors and General Meeting of Stockholders of China-Belarus Industry Park Development Co.,Ltd (China-Belarus Joint Ventures in short hereinafter) were successfully held in Beijing, presided by LUO YAN, Chairman of CAMCE.
As members of the board of directors, SNOPKOV NIKOLAY, Deputy Director of President Office of Belarus; XIE BIAO, Vice President of SINOMACH; SHAPIRO SEMEN, Governor of Minsk; HU ZHENG, Director of China Merchants Group; LUO YAN, Chairman of CAMCE; WANG YUHANG, Vice President of CAMCE; LV LELE, Assistant President of CAMCE; LI GUOFENG, Deputy General Manager of Overseas Business Department of China Merchants Group attended the board of directors on 27th March. ZINOVSKIY VLADIMIR, Minister of Economic Affairs of Belarus; BURYA VIKTOR, Belarus Ambassador to China; and KOROTKEVICH PAVEL, Director of Management Office of Horizon Group were invited to attend the meeting. As representative of board of supervisors, ZHANG BINSHENG, Deputy General Manager of Harbin Hatou Investment Group, attended the meeting. The meeting had a wide-ranging discussion on multiple topics including park planning, financing, construction and evaluation, and concluded by reaching consensus on many issues.

As shareholder representatives, XIE BIAO, Vice President of SINOMACH; SHAPIRO SEMEN, Governor of Minsk, Belarus; HU ZHENG, Director of China Merchants Group; LUO YAN, Chairman of CAMCE; ZHANG BINSHENG, Deputy General Manager of Harbin Hatou Investment Group; and KOROTKEVICH PAVEL, Director of Management Office of Horizon Group attended the general meeting of stockholders on 28th, March. In addition, SNOPKOV NIKOLAY, Deputy Director of President Office of Belarus; ZINOVSKIY VLADIMIR, Minister of Economic Affairs of Belarus and BURYA VIKTOR, Belarus Ambassador to China were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting conducted deliberation and voting on the submitted topics and unanimously approved all topics and signed the agreed minute. After the meeting, HU ZHENG, CEO of China-Belarus Joint Ventures, signed 2016 Documents of Performance Assessment Responsibility of China-Belarus Joint Ventures with General Manager LI HAIXIN. The successful holding of these two meetings laid a solid foundation to develop and manage the park in a more specialized way.
