On the morning of September 28, 2016, the Party Secretary & Deputy Chairman of China Insurance Investment Limited Company Yang Huabai visited SINOMACH. Chairman of SINOMCAH Ren Hongbin received Yang Huabai and held talks with them. Deputy President of SINOMACH Xie Biao and Chairman of CAMCE Luo Yan accompanied by the reception. 

    During the talks, the two sides communicated opinions on the transformation of the city, engineering contracting of the Belt and Road Initiative along nations and other areas of investment and financing cooperation. Chairman Luo Yan said that CAMCE as the international engineering contracting enterprises was also in the stage of transformation and upgrading, and will discuss with China Insurance Investment about the financing problems of equity investments and debt investments in overseas projects in near future. 

    Relevant departments of SINOMACH, CMEC, China Constructions, China Heavy Institute and China IPPR International Engineering Corporation attended the meeting.
