On November 26, 2019, the 5th CAMCE Partners’ Symposium was held in the function room on the 2nd floor of IPPR's International Engineering Building with more than 30 executives from 20 partners. Ding Jian, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of CAMCE, presided the conference at which Chairwoman Luo Yan, senior executives, as well as managers and department representatives of CAMCE and IPPR were present .

　　On behalf of CAMCE, Chairwoman Luo Yan delivered a keynote speech of Working Hand in Hand and Cooperating Pragmatically to Jointly Create a Better Future", introducing CAMCE’s business development of 2019, the reorganization with IPPR and the latest development of the China-Belarus Industrial Park. She also shared company’s mission, vision and overall strategy according to CAMCE's new three-year strategic plan (2020-2022). In her speech, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the partners for their efforts in the project development and project implementation, and made three development suggestions for the next stage of cooperation,wchich were promoting the concept of high quality development and creating the value of Chinese engineering; exploring engineering services innovation and potential for cooperation; sticking to the spirit of partnership and jointly drawing a new blueprint for the future.

　　The special guest Xing Houyuan, Director of the Research Institute of China's Service Outsourcing of the Ministry of Commerce, delivered a speech entitled Thoughts on High Quality Development Strategy of Foreign Contracted Projects in the New Era . She analyzed the trend of the global market towards high quality development with substantiated data, and provided guidance on transformation and upgrading as well as high quality development of CAMCE.

　　Liu Shengcheng, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE, Wang Yuhang, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE and Liu Xiaohu, General Manager and Party Committee Secretary of IPPR delivered reports respectively on business development in 2019.

　　Four partner representatives addressed at the conference. They were Chen Baoquan, Deputy General Manager of CCCC First Harbor Consultants, Zhang Baoling, Executive Vice President of Capital Engineering&Research Incorporation Limited(CERI), Yang Yonglin, General Manager of China Jikan Research Institute of Engineering Investigations and Design, and Song Taijun, Director of Administrative Committee of Industry Cluster District in Changheng City of Henan Province. The addressers recalled their long history of cooperating with CAMCE and appreciated CAMCE’s trust and support.They were willing to deepen cooperation with CAMCE to provide more support for its project development and implementation to achieve win-win outcome in the years to come.

　　Advertising videos of IPPR, the Yan Oya Reservoir Project in Sri Lanka, the Padma Water Treatment Plant Project in Bangladesh, Agricultural Products Factory Project in Venezuela and Project of Construction of the Production Complex of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)were played in the symposium, showcasing the professionalism and practicality of IPPR's entire industry chain and integrated services, as well as the refined management and favorable image of CAMCE.

　　The Symposium came to a successful close in warm applause. It fully demonstrated CAMCE’s brand image and cohesion, and provided a platform for partners to exchange their views and deepen their communications. Nowadays, the world is undergoing unprecedented change and challenges. CAMCE and its partners have experienced ups and downs during the projects construction and have forged profound friendship. In the future, CAMCE is willing to collaborate with all partners to promote socio-economic development and livelihood improvement in related countries and regions and to activate the common development of the world and make a better world.
